We've had a few of our out-of-town friends and family (Hi Uncle Dave!) ask for pictures and information about our remodeling PROJECT (all in caps because it was a BIG undertaking!). So here they are!
Here's the house before (top) and after (bottom).
After priming all the dark brown parts (porch, shutters) and the porch floor, then painting it sage green...a total of 3 coats of paint over several nights (yes, we painted in the dark with Christmas lights to guide us), we decided that we didn't like the color! SO...we saught counsel from our couples' group and they helped us pick new colors. So far we think we'll keep them :)
